Are you doing it for you—or for others?
Co-dependency can be tricky. Of course we all want to be seen, heard, and acknowledged—that’s human. But if we keep chasing external validation to feel safe, confident, loved, or joyful, we set ourselves up for frustration and anxiety. Why? Because we have no control over the external world.
to my mother
You never accepted the lie that to be a good mother you had to give up yourself. You chose not to sacrifice your dreams. And maybe that wasn’t easy. Maybe it came with judgment. But what I see when I look at you is a woman who is fulfilled, who is whole, who did what she came here to do. And that, to me, is everything.
to all women
To every woman who carries love in her heart and offers care to the world. Society often tries to convince us that a woman without children is less than. But that is a lie. Because by nature, we nurture. Whether or not we give birth, our capacity to love, hold space, and show up for others is immense. It’s part of who we are.
To you
For generations, our power and divine essence have been silenced or diminished — precisely because they are so immense. We are the spark of new beginnings, the hope of future generations. Of course, we need our men alongside us, but it’s also time we fully recognize our own vibrancy, beauty, and intelligence.

The way we choose our partners often reflects how we were loved, how we felt loved. If you've been avoidant, unfaithful, jealous, possessive, violent, or emotionally indifferent, it’s likely you’re still keeping a distance between yourself and your wounds—pretending everything is fine while acting out in harmful ways toward others.
What Are You Really Fighting For?
Often, it’s not about the dirty dishes, the missed text, the forgotten appointment. It’s about the deeper emotional needs that go unheard, unmet, misunderstood. It’s about the longing to be seen, to be safe, to be free, to be connected without losing yourself.
It’s about the push and pull of two hearts trying to find a rhythm where both can breathe, both can belong.
