Through Family Constellations, we reveal inherited patterns, unconscious loyalties, and emotional burdens that may be living through your body and your life.

Her Healing Program combines weaves together Family Constellations, Endobiogeny, and nervous system work.
This program is my integrative way of working when emotional patterns, nervous system states, and physical symptoms are addressed together. I created this program after years of seeing that lasting healing happens when the body, the nervous system, and the family field are listened to as one.

This program is for those who feel ready for a deeper, supported journey rather than isolated sessions. It weaves Family Constellations, Endobiogeny, and nervous system work into one coherent approach, making it deeper than a single modality.

Her Healing is offered as a three-month personalized journey, combining everything I have studied and embodied over the past decade to support real integration and lasting change.

We’ll meet 3 times each month (a total of 2.5 hours) with your personalized plan as our guide, and you also have the option of adding on Personalized Voxer Follow-up Support.

HER HEALING 1:1 SESSIONS
We’ll meet 3 times each month, with the option of adding on Personalized Voxer Follow-up Support.
1-HR FOLLOW UP THERAPY
Twice a month we will meet for this 1-hour follow-up session. We will be focused on therapeutic work—exploring your emotions, feelings, and what’s been unfolding for you on an emotional level.
30-MIN CHECK IN
Once a month we will connect for this 30 minute session. It is an integration check-in—to see how you’re doing physically, how you're supporting your lifestyle through your actions, your food choices, and overall self-care. Think of it as an uplifting moment to encourage and cheer you on as you continue with your efforts and new routine.
PERSONALIZED FOLLOW-UP SUPPORT
You have the option of signing up for this add-on for Personalized Voxer Follow-up Support. It gives you a total of 90 minutes of personalized, text-based check-ins via Voxer. Whether you need encouragement, can't decide what to order at a restaurant, or simply want a safe space to reach out—you’ll be held.
