Together, we work with the nervous system, the body, and the family field to gently restore safety, coherence, and vitality. Each session is adapted to your needs, your history, and your current capacity. We listen to physical signals, emotional patterns, and inherited dynamics at the same time, rather than in isolation. This integrative approach allows root causes to be addressed while honoring the intelligence of your body. The intention is not to fix you, but to help you come back into relationship with yourself, your story, and your life force.
