SESSIONS & WORKSHOPS cancellation, rescheduling, and NO SHOW policy

Marine Sélénée has a 48 hour cancellation and reschedule policy. If you miss your appointment, cancel, or change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of the session using the credit card saved when you booked the session.

Marine Sélénée offers a grace period of 15 minutes after the session start time. For virtual sessions, after 15 minutes, if you have not logged in, she will log out of Zoom. The session will not be refunded. For in-person sessions, after 15 minutes, if you are not at your location, Marine will leave. The session will not be refunded.

PACKAGES

All packages are non-refundable. Packages can only be redeemed for 1 hour virtual mentorship sessions here. If you select to pay via a payment plan, you are committing to the full payment according to the payment plan timings — no cancellations permitted. If you need to update your credit card, please email Marine here. Packages are currently only for virtual sessions.
