To you
Being a woman in this lifetime is a privilege. It’s truly extraordinary to be Life itself, to give life (if we choose to), to nurture, to lead, to create movements, and to build tribes. Women are the architects of Home — not just a place, but a feeling.
For generations, our power and divine essence have been silenced or diminished — precisely because they are so immense. We are the spark of new beginnings, the hope of future generations.
Of course, we need our men alongside us, but it’s also time we fully recognize our own vibrancy, beauty, and intelligence.
Too often, we’re told that pain is simply part of being a woman — that suffering is normal.
From our very first period, we’re conditioned to downplay our discomfort. And it doesn’t stop there — we carry it through our cycles, our bodies, our sexuality, pregnancies, miscarriages, IVF, abortions, postpartum, perimenopause, menopause...
We're expected to endure. To push through. To be quiet.
But then what?
Are we just supposed to finally enjoy life at 70?
My answer is a BIG NO.
We are beautiful, powerful, radiant — at every age. And the more we claim that, the more we rise together, empowered and inspiring one another.
Whatever you choose — aging gracefully, with help, with lots of help — whether you want to be the goddess, the sensual one, the wise one, the solitary, the mother, the artist, the healer... you get to choose.
You also have the right to change your mind.
To become a mother or embrace being an aunt.
To travel the world or stay in your childhood neighborhood.
To pamper yourself or keep it simple.
To love books or binge movies.
To be a boss, a single mama, a friend, a mentor — or all of them.
At any age, in any moment, you have the right to become whoever you want to be.
Motherhood doesn’t define you.
Your age doesn’t define you.
Your bank account doesn’t define you.
Your past doesn’t define you.
You define who you are — moment by moment.
And my role is simply to walk beside you, supporting you in becoming exactly who you’re meant to be in this season of your life.
Much Love,
Marine Sélénée
