Sparks of Inspiration
From a young age, Marine's curiosity and love for learning led her to explore psychology, well-being, and human connections. Today, she finds joy in discussing Family Constellations, Endobiogeny, and holistic well-being, always with the intention of offering insights that help others create a life that truly reflects who they are.
THE “GENTLE TO-DO LIST” — MORNING ESSENTIALS BEFORE STARTING YOUR DAY
To calm your nervous system as soon as you wake up. To naturally awaken and massage your organs and release the diaphragm. To begin your day feeling more grounded and present. Bonus: visualize the roots of a tree growing beneath your feet
LAVENDER: A SOOTHING AND REGULATING PLANT
A stressed patient suffering from bloating and insomnia may find relief with lavender, which helps regulate the autonomic nervous system and improves digestion.
THE NERVOUS SYSTEM
How many diets have you tried—only to see the weight come back? How many supplements worked for a few months… and then nothing? Maybe you eat green beans and white fish, train at the gym, do everything right—and still can't lose that extra pound. Or worse: your body feels completely desensitized to all your efforts.
note from marine
Just to clarify, I am not stopping my practice as a Family Constellations Therapist. Endobiogeny and the development of my women’s health program, Her Healing, are additions to my 11 years of practice. These approaches work together and beautifully complement one another.
I felt abandoned by my mother
A mother may leave because she cannot be a mother, because she follows a partner, feels overwhelmed, becomes depressed and needs hospitalization, or because you were raised by grandparents while she came and went from time to time. And sometimes, she dies — even during birth.
Everybody Is the Right One at the Right Time — Depending on What You Need to Heal
Every connection arrives with a lesson: boundaries, self-worth, communication, intimacy, or letting go. You might not recognize the lesson while you’re in it — it often only becomes clear once the relationship shifts or ends.
