Sparks of Inspiration
From a young age, Marine's curiosity and love for learning led her to explore psychology, well-being, and human connections. Today, she finds joy in discussing Family Constellations, Endobiogeny, and holistic well-being, always with the intention of offering insights that help others create a life that truly reflects who they are.
What Are You Really Fighting For?
Often, it’s not about the dirty dishes, the missed text, the forgotten appointment. It’s about the deeper emotional needs that go unheard, unmet, misunderstood. It’s about the longing to be seen, to be safe, to be free, to be connected without losing yourself.
It’s about the push and pull of two hearts trying to find a rhythm where both can breathe, both can belong.
the dark night of the soul
Even so, these moments are breakthroughs in disguise. It’s the in-between—when everything we used to cling to for meaning crumbles—And we come face-to-face with our raw, unfiltered, truest self.
the dance between togetherness and separateness
In every relationship, there is a delicate dance between two opposing needs: the need for togetherness and the need for separateness. One partner may fear losing the other, while the other may fear losing themselves. One may carry a deep fear of abandonment, while the other wrestles with a fear of suffocation.
afraid of talking
Was it easier to talk to your mom or your dad? If one of them felt emotionally unsafe to open up to, then yes — you likely carry what some call "mommy issues" or "daddy issues." Or, put more accurately, wounds related to the masculine or feminine energies in your life.
Donation-Based | New offering
The way I envision incorporating endobiogeny into my practice is by creating a truly holistic approach—one that honors the complete package of mind, body, and spirit. It's about returning to our true essence: the joy, the pleasure of simply being alive. To me, celebrating life means celebrating our bodies, our emotions, and everything that makes life rich, vibrant, and meaningful. Marine Selenee
Your partner is your best dream and worst nightmare
They’ll bring out your light—and trigger your shadows.
But that’s not a flaw in the relationship. That’s the growth. The couples who last? They’re not the ones who avoid the hard stuff.
They’re the ones who lean in. Who heal together.
