Why Should You Do a Family Constellation? Because We All Have a Family.

Let's start there. You don't need to have had a traumatic childhood. You don't need to be in crisis. You don't need to have a complicated relationship with your parents.

You just need to have a family. And every single one of us does.

We are born into a system — a web of relationships, stories, losses, loyalties, and patterns that were already in place long before we arrived. And whether we are aware of it or not, we carry all of it. The things that were spoken. The things that were never spoken. The grief that was never grieved. The love that was never expressed. The stories that were buried because they were too painful to tell.

Family Constellations is a way of making the invisible visible.

It is a way of seeing — often for the first time — the hidden dynamics that have been quietly shaping your relationships, your choices, your health, your money, your sense of belonging, and your capacity to receive love.

Why do you keep attracting the same kind of partner? Why does success feel dangerous? Why do you feel responsible for everyone around you? Why is there always something that holds you back just when things start to go well?

The answer is rarely where we think it is.

It is often in the generation before us. Or the one before that. In the ancestor whose story was never told. In the family member who was excluded, forgotten, or never mourned. In the loyalty we carry — unconsciously, fiercely — to someone whose burden was never ours to hold.
