Endobiogeny is a holistic approach to medicine that views the human body as an interconnected system where imbalances in one area can affect overall health.
Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, Endobiogeny seeks to identify and address the root causes (reminds me of Family Constellations!) of issues by analyzing how the body's systems are functioning as a whole.

Before we embark on our 3 month journey together, this introduction is a moment to pause, explore what’s present for you, and begin shaping your vision for how you truly want to feel and be. It’s a collaborative space where we start giving birth to that vision together.

A 7-Day Personal Check-In
I’ll send you a simple, reflective document designed to help both of us understand your current rhythms, habits, and inner landscape. It offers a gentle reality check—an honest snapshot of where you are right now.
2-Hour Foundational Session
In this session, we’ll meet you exactly where you are. It combines therapeutic guidance, a review of your 7-day check-in, and the co-creation of a meaningful, personalized plan for the next three months of working together.
Standard Rate starting in October 2025: $420
Sliding Scale: $225–$420
After this introduction, you’ll have the space to decide if you’d like to move forward with the full 3 month program below. There’s no pressure—you can always return to this starting point when it feels right for you.
3 month REVIVE PROGRAM | A Journey Back to You
A guided, nurturing experience for those ready to commit to meaningful, lasting change.
While I’m not yet able to prescribe lab work or directly address the endocrine system, I’ve spent the past year diving deep into the interconnectedness of hormones, nutrition, emotional well-being, and plant-based support.
This program is about embracing your whole self—because true healing and transformation happen on the mind, body, and spirit level.

Six 1-hour therapy sessions over 3 months
Monthly 30 minute integration check-ins over 3 months
Your 3-month journey to reconnect with yourself
Consistent care over 3 months with Marine Selenee (3 sessions/month)
