Returning to Safety is a foundational online course created to support women in gently regulating their nervous systems, reconnecting to their bodies, and cultivating a deep sense of inner safety.

Returning to Safety Online Course is a gentle, grounded introduction to nervous system regulation tools for women who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, anxious, exhausted, or stuck in survival mode. Through a carefully curated blend of integrative and holistic modalities — including Family Constellations, Endobiogeny, Gua Sha facial, Human Design, meditation, gratitude practice, Sophrology, Yoga Nidra, rituals and gut health — this course gently guides you back to your body, your emotional balance, and your natural capacity to feel safe from within.

This is not about fixing yourself. It is about remembering safety.

Returning to Safety is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and begin relating to your nervous system with presence, compassion, and trust.

Across 17 modules and 23 videos, Marine and her team guide you back to yourself, to your needs, your body, and your inner sense of safety. Together, you will learn to care for your nervous system and build a personal routine you can return to, again and again, whenever life asks too much of you.

This course weaves together a rich and carefully chosen blend of modalities: Family Constellations, Endobiogeny, Yoga Nidra, Gua Sha facial, lymphatic massage, sophrology, rituals, meditations, Human Design and gratitude practice.

Downloadable booklets are also included, covering nourishing recipes, crystals, essential oils, and supplements to support your healing beyond the screen.

  • You are unwilling to slow down, feel, or gently meet what lives inside

  • You are currently seeking a replacement for medical, psychiatric, or emergency support

This course does not promise to fix you. It offers tools, education, and guidance — but the relationship with your body is something only you can build.
