In this new episode, Marine talks about the importance of celebrating death within your family system. Life is always a celebration, despite the risk of losing the mother and/or the baby — but what about death? Death, too, can be seen as an achievement: the completion of a life well lived.

By honoring each of your deceased loved ones, you give the next generation permission to release weights that were never theirs to carry. So embrace your life, and embrace your death — it is only a passage, a transition. And it also means they are finally reunited with everyone who came before them.
