EPISODE NOTES:

In this new episode, Marine welcomes Silvia, originally from Costa Rica and now living in California. Having struggled with anxiety and panic attacks in her younger years, Silvia has devoted her career to supporting others on similar paths. This conversation is about choosing life again and again—about dancing with death, learning to breathe even when breathing feels frightening, and building a life that truly makes sense. Today, she walks that path with her husband and her dog, surrounded by love and grounded in freedom. A story of courage, healing, and what it means to become a free woman.
