Episode 57: Being a Woman | A conversation with Marine Selenee and Nina Mongendre

LISTEN HERE:

EPISODE NOTES:

It’s a conversation between two women in their forties. One is married with two daughters; the other is divorced with no children.

What connects them is a shared desire to empower and celebrate women at every stage of life.

Together, they explore the different chapters of womanhood: the first period, sexuality, motherhood, perimenopause, losing a mother at a young age, raising the next generation of women, and dedicating a career to women’s health.

This conversation is about freedom, the freedom to celebrate being a woman. It’s about acknowledging the challenges, but also sharing the solutions that exist today so women don’t have to suffer in silence or walk through darkness alone.

Their voices represent many others. And the message is simple: we will keep speaking, keep sharing, and keep celebrating because being a woman is powerful, complex, and truly extraordinary.
