Sparks of Inspiration
From a young age, Marine's curiosity and love for learning led her to explore psychology, well-being, and human connections. Today, she finds joy in discussing Family Constellations, Endobiogeny, and holistic well-being, always with the intention of offering insights that help others create a life that truly reflects who they are.
looking for and running away
Sometimes, we run without realizing it. We bury ourselves in work, lose ourselves in empty relationships, travel endlessly, overindulge in food, or hide behind beauty routines and material possessions. We convince ourselves that living far from family will somehow make us different, freer. And so, we keep running—endlessly.
appreciation
You already have everything you need to be happy and fulfilled in this moment. How does that resonate with you? Do you believe it? Or are you rolling your eyes, thinking, Marine is nice, but completely wrong? Take a moment to sit with this. Have a real reality check right now. Do you have food in your fridge? A roof over your head? A job that pays the bills? Friends? Family? Health?
Perfect upbringing
When everything seems perfect—loving family, supportive parents, the right conditions—but something still feels off, that's often a sign it’s time for a 'Family Constellation'.
love
We all need Love. There is no way a newborn can develop healthily without Love. And what happens when Love is not part of the picture? We try to find Love somewhere else like in food, alcohol, sex, self sabotage, violence, medication, escape, drugs, and the list goes on. Whatever will make our body feel whole and complete, even for a minute, we will try for the sake of Love.
Stop Believing Your Thoughts—Start Trusting Your Body!
Our thoughts can be misleading. They’re shaped by past experiences, societal expectations, and our moods from day to day. This internal chatter often leans towards negativity, filling our minds with doubts like "I’m not good enough," "I can’t do this," or "I’ll never succeed." But these thoughts aren’t facts; they’re just stories we tell ourselves.
freeing yourself from the mother
In Family Constellations Therapy, we often discuss the irresponsible or abusive parent. But what about the mother who seems perfect? The one who presents herself well, is admired by everyone, runs a successful business, is beautiful, and has a lovely relationship with her husband. She’s like a picture of perfection. But what's the subconscious impact on her children?
