renewal
"Renewal begins the moment you choose to return to yourself." Marine Selenee
Why did you start working on yourself?
Why invest time, energy, money, attention into healing, growth, understanding?
Was it to finally feel at peace?
To live with more ease in your body and your life?
To manifest something — or someone?
To realign with a deeper truth?
Most of us begin the work because something feels off. We may not have the words yet, but we feel the friction: in our nervous system, in our relationships, in our health, in the way we move through the world. We think we need to become better, stronger, more evolved. But over time, something softer and more honest reveals itself.
What if the work isn’t about becoming someone new?
What if it’s about remembering who you are?
For me, the word that keeps returning is renewal. Not improvement. Not optimization. Renewal. A gentle return to alignment — with who we are, how we are built, and how we truly want to feel in our lives and in our bodies.
This is where the beauty of Family Constellations and Endobiogeny meets.
Family Constellations invites us to look at our first system: the family we come from. Not to blame, not to analyze endlessly, but to see. To see the loyalties, the inherited patterns, the silent agreements, the roles we may have taken on to belong or to survive. So often, we try to move forward while unconsciously carrying what was never ours. When those hidden dynamics are brought into the light, something relaxes. There is more space. More choice. More alignment with our own life.
Endobiogeny, on the other hand, brings us back into the body. It looks at how our internal systems — hormonal, nervous, metabolic — have adapted over time to our environment and experiences. Rather than forcing the body to perform or “fixing” symptoms in isolation, it seeks to understand how the whole system is functioning and what it needs to return to balance. It is a medicine of listening, of regulation, of supporting the body so it can find its own rhythm again.
Together, these approaches are not about pushing you to become a better version of yourself. They are about helping you come back into coherence. Into safety. Into alignment between your story, your physiology, your emotions, and your life.
When there is more safety in the nervous system, there is more access to who we truly are. When we understand where we come from and what we may be carrying, we can begin to put things back in their rightful place. And from there, renewal happens naturally.
You don’t have to become someone else.
You don’t have to force transformation.
You can return.
You can realign.
You can renew.
Maybe that’s why you started this work too.
With love,
Marine Sélénée
