Quinton Water (Seawater Therapy)
Feeling low? Your adrenal glands might be a bit burnt out, this will help reboost them.
Doing intense workouts (meaning sweating a lot)? This is the best water to reboost your cells
Hypertonic (pure seawater, very salty): For an immediate boost. Works on acute, heavy fatigue. Not recommended in the evening, it will keep you awake.
Contraindicated for water retention, heart failure, or high blood pressure.
Isotonic (closer to our blood plasma, lightly salty): For chronic, long-term fatigue and seasonal changes. Take as a 3-week cure — 3 weeks is the time for cellular renewal. It doesn't act directly on hormones, but on the cellular terrain: when the terrain is less fluid, the message travels less well.
Dosage: 1 to 6 vials a day (children: 1 vial a day).
Tip: hold the water in your mouth for a moment before swallowing.
Endobiogeny tips
For your skin: use it as a mist — mix a little spring water with one Hypertonic vial. Great for toning the skin, especially helpful around menopause.
Refreshing tonic cocktail
In a shaker: 2 vials of Hypertonic or Isotonic, 100ml apple juice (no added sugar), 80ml grapefruit juice (no added sugar), 20ml honey or agave, 6 mint leaves (crushed well). Shake it all together. Perfect after a walk in the sun when you've sweated a lot — it revives and re-tones.
More advice
Eat seafood (for the seawater benefits). Seawater remineralizes and helps with rheumatism, so if you live near the ocean, go soak in it — after 20 minutes it remineralizes the body. Psoriasis and eczema love seawater and sun. Caution: seawater can sting or open up wounds — it cleanses but can also irritate. Always choose a spot with clean water.
